The “HD Duplicator” product is a professional tool for data recovery. It is used to create copies of IDE and SATA hard disk drives with faulty sectors appearing due to HDD surface damage or malfunctioning of the magnetic heads. The copying is realized onto a properly functioning IDE/SATA drive.

The use of expert copying algorithms and combining of the Ultra DMA and PIO modes make it possible to duplicate a hard disk drive even in emergency cases that could result in your computer freezing up, as well as to avoid states that threaten the integrity of the drive and to extract from it maximum of the remaining information. The application does not use any of the motherboard’s BIOS functions in working with the hard disk drives, all operations accessing the drives are performed through the controller’s ports in accordance with the ATA specifications.
